Dr. Dinesh Jain, Managing Director of AUM Group of Companies, one of the leading financial institutions having a pan India presence. He was also the Past President of Calcutta Chamber of Commerce. He started his career in the year 1975 with Anup Chand Akhilesh Kumar, which was a family owned business dealing in pulses, mustard seeds, sugar, wheat and wheat products. With his sheer hard work and dedication he took the organization to a whole new level transforming it into a brand recognized all over West Bengal. In 1989, he started a new venture in jute sector under the name of Namokar Jute Supply and Dhandhania Traders (P) Ltd. where he served till 1994. My big break came with the opportunity to work with Sri Hemant Kanoria in SREI International Securities Ltd. (SISL). Under his able leadership and vision SISL became the most reputed financial institution across India in Debt Segment. In the year 2004, He expanded his business under the banner of AUM CAPITAL MARKET PVT LTD. with further ventures in the form of AUM Commodity Services Pvt. Ltd. and AUM BIMA Suraksha Broking Pvt. Ltd. Holistically providing all types of quality financial products under one roof. He did his primary and secondary education in Higher Secondary School in Nagaur. Later, he completed graduation from The Calcutta University in the year 1978. He even pursued and completed LLB from the University Of Calcutta. His further thirst of knowledge urged him to become PhD, FCA, ACS, ACMA, LLB, MBA, MA, IFRS, MCOM, DHR, CFP. Apart from his professional input, He has made substantial contribution to the society at large. He established Jain Employment Exchange which has helped hundreds of people to find a suitable job for themselves. He was President of Calcutta Chamber of Commerce, Past President of Nagaur Nagrik Sangh, Founder trustee of Sree Digamber Jain Research Foundation, Past President at the Lions Club of Calcutta Tollygunj. Other organizations with which his name is associated includes Indian Chamber of Commerce, JITO Employment Exchange, ANMI, Jain Yuwa Sangathan, Views Exchange, Hindustan Club, and many.
